TwitterEyes, even in its experimental stages, is getting alot of attention. Check the recent write up by Sean Aune at mashable.com.
This article also made it onto digg! So if you dig it, digg it!
Lots of work on TwitterEyes is planned for this weekend. I hope to roll out the add your own words feature and the ability to check words on and off with a dictionary compiled thanks in part to aniruddhdodiya.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10415
A couple things you should know:
- This is a proof of concept release, don't expect alot of functionality
- Will currently replace "and", two spaces, and "first" with smaller counterparts
- Will eventually allow you to create and modify these replacements
- Currently has the "auto" feature turned on, thus, it will replace text automatically after you reach less than 0 remaining characters
